Returns Policy

• Please complete our Returns form to be provided with an RMA number.
• All goods are to be returned at customers’ expense, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
• Returned goods must be in a saleable condition, inclusive of all original packaging, unopened and unused
• All returns must be suitably packaged; items with shipping labels on the original packaging will not be credited.
• Products with Tamperproof seals cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
• Please note that all PPE products are currently non-returnable

Returned goods must be received within 28 days of the date of invoice. We advise you to obtain proof of posting for items being returned by post.
