Delivery & Returns

We aim to provide a next day delivery service subject to availability and stock with orders placed before 2pm on the same day. 

Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day. 

Royal mail offers approximate delivery times, but there are sometimes delays- all delivery windows are approximate.

We ship throughout the UK mainland, Ireland and some European countries.

We do not ship on Saturdays/Sundays and bank holidays. 

Returns

• Please complete our Returns form to be provided with an RMA number.
• All goods are to be returned at customers’ expense, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
• Returned goods must be in a saleable condition, inclusive of all original packaging, unopened and unused
• All returns must be suitably packaged; items with shipping labels on the original packaging will not be credited.
• Products with Tamperproof seals cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
• Please note that all PPE products are currently non-returnable.
