- Eligibility
- Open only to UK dental practices (NHS or private).
- Entries must be submitted using a valid practice email address.
- We reserve the right to request verification (GDC number, practice website, or address).
- One entry per practice per day.
- Offers are available only through our official Advent Calendar page.
- Each door opens on its respective day and remains available until midnight unless stated otherwise.
- Some offers are limited to a specific number of redemptions.
- Discount vouchers cannot be combined.
- Once an offer reaches full capacity, Dental Hygienics reserves the right to:
- Inform the participant that the offer is no longer available,
- Provide an alternative goodwill gesture where possible (subject to availability).
- Multiple entries from the same practice may be reviewed for misuse.
- Entries from non-dental organisations will be void.
- Discounts apply only to invoices raised between 1 December 2025 and 31 January 2026 unless otherwise stated.
- Free items are subject to stock availability.
- Servicing offers apply only to eligible equipment.
- Entry data is collected through PollUnit and used solely for:
- Validating winners,
- Contacting participants regarding their claim.
- We do not sell or share personal data.
- Modifications & Cancellations
- Dental Hygienics & Decontamination Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel any offer if:
- Stock is exhausted,
- Errors are identified in the offer description.
- All decisions made by Dental Hygienics regarding prize eligibility, offer fulfilment, and entry validity are final.
- Winners will receive the prize free of charge and will only be required to pay postage costs.
